My Approach & Background

Meaningful change occurs when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted.

I work with adults from all walks of life, and rather than applying a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor our time entirely to your individual circumstances and goals. You are at the absolute heart of our work together, not a specific technique or approach.

Clinical Experience & Training
My private practice is built on a foundation of rigorous clinical experience. Alongside my private practice, I have worked within an NHS GP practice

in South West London, supporting patients navigating acute distress, anxiety, and complex life crises.

I hold a Post-Graduate Diploma (PGDip) from The Psychosynthesis Trust in London, where I have also worked as a Study Tutor, supporting

and guiding students through their own professional counselling training.

This background ensures that while our therapeutic relationship is deeply warm, collaborative, and human, it is backed by a high level of academic study and grounded clinical practice.

Why the Therapeutic Relationship Matters
Because many of our deepest life challenges are amplified by past relational wounds or difficult environments, the collaborative space we build together offers a safe, real-world container to soothe and repair those patterns. What we discover about you is uniquely shaped through our time together in the room—no automated system or AI machine can replicate this kind of genuine, human-to-human care.

Location & Flexibility
Currently, my in-person private practice is based in London Bridge, offering a dedicated, quiet space to step away from the noise of the city.

I also provide secure online sessions that allow me to bring this same level of collaborative support to a wider geographical area, providing greater flexibility to fit around your commitments.
