I am registered with the ICO for current Data Protection and GDPR legislation.   I take the handling of client data very seriously.  All electronic and written information is securely stored,  using a non-identifiable filing system.  All data is anonymised and my computer is encrypted.  All these procedures for collecting and holding client data is in line with GDPR.  Further information about how I handle data can be requested at an initial appointment.

I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or provide me in any other way, such as your name, phone number, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reason to communicate with you, enabling a therapeutic relationship to start.   I am obliged to inform you if this changes.   I may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

My practice website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with an online platform that allows me to offer my services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
